Privacy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

The short version: this website uses only privacy-friendly, cookieless statistics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, nothing that identifies you — and when you contact us we use what you send only to help you. The longer version is below — in plain language, like everything else here.

Who we are

Tiber365 is a small IT company in the Netherlands, part of 365DevNet. We run this website and we’re the ones responsible for how your data is handled. Questions about any of this? Email us — the address is at the bottom of this page.

What this website collects

Only anonymous, aggregated statistics, so we can see how the site is used and make it better. We use Umami — privacy-friendly analytics that we host ourselves. It sets no cookies, doesn’t follow you across other sites, and stores no personal data. It counts things like which pages are viewed, the rough country you’re in and the type of device — never who you are.

We also use heatmaps: an anonymous, aggregated picture of where visitors click and scroll, purely to improve the site. There are no session recordings or replays — we can’t watch individual visits, only see which areas get used, and no personal data is stored.

There are no accounts, no advertising and no third-party tracking pixels. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us — more about that in the cookie notice.

What we receive when you contact us

If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. You can also email us directly, in which case we receive whatever you send — either way it’s only what you choose to give us.

To keep the form free of spam, the content of your message is checked by an AI spam filter (Groq, based in the US) before it reaches us, and used for nothing else. When you use the form we also send you a confirmation email so you know it arrived.

What we use it for

Only to answer you and to help with your IT question. If we end up working together, we keep our correspondence as the record of what we agreed and what we did — that’s also what the plain-language write-ups we send you are for.

We don’t use your details for newsletters, marketing or anything you didn’t ask for.

How long we keep it

For as long as we’re helping you, and a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick things up again when you have a follow-up question. If you’d like your correspondence deleted earlier, just ask.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell, rent or pass on your details. Your messages reach us by email and stay in our company mailbox. The one outside service involved is the spam filter (Groq) that checks form messages for abuse — only for that, never for its own purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. No forms or hoops: one email is enough. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), though we’d appreciate the chance to fix things first.
